I. Statement of the issue – one or two sentences
II. Review of first author’s argument – one or two paragraphs stating at least three major points made by the author
III. Review of second author’s argument – one or two paragraphs stating at least three major points made by the author
IV. Comparison of arguments – at least one paragraph contrasting what each author had to say
V. Your opinion – at least one paragraph explaining either a) why you agree with one author or the other, or b) why you disagree with both authors.
