PLease mention how the structure of an interview from employees stand point, behavioral interviews, panel interviews and how employees should be prepared confidence, knowledge, attitude, peparedness…the STAR approach to situations in the workplace. Situation, Task, Action and Result. How to structure your resume whats important, chronilogical resumes are better. What ahould your resume consist of….how long it takes to capture employers attention 30 seceonds. Place the speaker just a couple of times in the essay please. Also, negotiation of salary how you would go about doing that in an interview. Selection process. What will most appeal to an employer.
