The assignment focuses on the presentation of the plan to the leadership team and should address the following elements: Prepare a management presentation slide pack with each slide addressing each aspect of the project plan, such as project: strategic goals, elements of business case, project organizational structure, project methodology, high-level components of project charter/roadmap, components of scope statement, visualization of the work breakdown structure, summarized activity duration estimate, summarized activity resource estimate, summarized cost estimate, project schedule, key elements of quality plan, risk analysis table, stakeholder analysis table, communication analysis table, procurement activities/strategy, project execution strategy, and project completion. and lessons learned for the whole project plan.
