Case Questions The case is about PNB Housing Finance Limited (PNB) an Indian company, planning for an IPO and organization-wide changes at the structural, technical, and behavioural levels. The case discussed if the company has successfully implemented change and is ready for growth. Address the following questions: Why was organizational transformation needed at PNB? What factors contributed to the resistance to change at PNB and how did it overcome the resistance? How did PNB’s top management implement change? What interventions would you recommend?
