Select a topic, research it and develop a term paper on a recent development in textiles to be used in the industry that the student has decided to enter (Hospitality/Culinary). The student will choose a topic and develop a bibliography consisting of at least four sources. Sources will include a book reference (not the textbook), an article from a learned journal, and other sources including the internet.
Papers receiving higher that 15% on \”plagiarism checker\” will result in further inspection.
A grading rubric can be supplied if desired.
