The Situation:
You have been given the task of recruiting and training new supervisors for new businesses. You have a clean slate and the freedom to design the programs and training\’s of your choice for the new supervisors.
The Deliverable:
The final project you will turn in will be a 4-6 page report, APA style, which you will create for new business owners explaining everything from pre-employment selection ideas, to the appraisal and discipline process for new supervisors. Chapter 15 provides you with a better understanding of pre-employment selection processes and setting appraisal goals as well as ideas for the approach to discipline issues.
Please provide a report that will include a sample appraisal document and ideas for training new supervisors who may need improvement. You will need to touch on issues from time management, motivation, leadership and skill development.
