The description of the work is attached as `project-assignment´. Project contains not only writing but also a powerpoint presentation (500words). All together 4000 words. I´ve also attached all the previous works what this project would need to be based on. Some previous works have been writen a year ago (you can see from the references, when accessed), I´ve grown since then a bit:). Please ask what ever questions you might have regarding the work which is concentraiting on the educational issue in my country which most likely is very different from yours.
