The PICOT question used for this project is- In adult patients, 65 years and older, with heart failure, does the use of home telemonitoring compared to usual care (no home telemonitoring), reduce heart failure related admissions in a one year period? – The databases used thus far are proquest, google scholar, pubmed, and ebscohost. I took a screen shot of the table she wants us to use and the assessment instructions. We dont have to fill in the John Hopkins appraisal tool i am attaching but we have to use it as a guide to see the level of teh article and the quality. We need 7-8 articles. I also attached a screenshot of a sample one from the previous year.
