The Speech must be 3 to 5 minutes long preferably 3. Sources are prefered to come from UDLibSearch (http://udlibsearch.lib.udel.edu/highschools/) any outside resources must be from a site ending with the url: .gov , .edu or .org. Must have two articles for your point your trying to make and one for the counter arguments. I will be including further instructions and an outline that must be followed exactly as written, there will be no exceptions. Must use at least 5 rhetorical devices as instructed. and I would lilke the devices chosen to be lables so i know which are being used.
