Royal Hotel Problem Memo
Refer to the Royal Hotel case, pages 52-57 of your textbook, for this assignment.
You are Blake’s boss. After hanging up the phone with him you are concerned that you did not give him sufficient advice as to what he should be sure to review as a potential source of the problem when he returns to The Royal Hotel. Blake isn’t available for a phone call, but can receive email. Therefore, you have decided to write a memo to him outlining what you believe are the top three most likely reasons that this project is in trouble. You will provide to him insight as to why you believe each of these areas should be reviewed.
Grading Criteria:
