I would like an essay written about a clinical case and dispensary practice. The file called essay herb with title dispensary practice 2 has all the details of the clinical case and the formula used.
The file called essay 2 with the title course work 2014/15 explains what the essay should include and the structure of the essay.
Introduction of the essay(essay herb 2):
a- to give a brief intro about general theories of Chinese herbal medicine and its applications, such as nature, flavours, channel tropism etc
b- importance of herb dispensary in Chinese herbal medicine- efficacy and safety( briefly discuss issues of correct herbs, doses and particularly for toxic herbs, preparation, instruction etc.( for example: we wight the herbs separate first and when we finish with all of them we mixed them. after we put them in a paper envelop and we write on top the patients name the DOB and the formula. We write the bunch number of each herb in our paper work to have a record just incase something go wrong. All this in the intro which should no be more than 30%

The herbs include in this formula are:
Longdancao: Empty damp from the body
Zexie: clears heat + diuretic
Gancao: harmonising formula
Huangqin: Heat clearing upper jiao( upper
boddy) + heat clearing from liver and gall
bladder.
Chaihu: southing liver Qi
Zhizi: clears heat from all the organs( jiao) +
dry dampness + for all heat cases
Shengdihuang: clears heat+ moist body fluids
+nourishes yin
Dangqui: blood tonic+ nourishing the blood+
Qi stagnation+ help bowel movements.
The above is a very brief information for the
herbs. I would like more detail in the essay, emphasising on the properties, function and how they work in the particular case.
The discussion for the herbs should be
individually and no as a formula.

b-Introduction of herb decoction: for the patient of how to prepare the decoction( for example: soak the herbs for one hour and after boil for half hour to forty five minutes. Any soft flowers, if there are any add the last ten minutes. If there are any soft flower should packed separately.
The essay should written in a logically way and easy to read with flow from one to the other paragraph.
