Continuation/Revision of the Order 216672416. In the experimental part for specific aim 1, can you clarify how the skin models support the growth of the bacteria and can they be used to study inflammation? Or may be it depends on what you mean by inflammation, I think of inflammation as recruitement of inflammatory cells to the site. Please clarify how we can use this model on our proposal.
As a part of this aim you could also analyze the effect of bacteria on skin fatty acid production, so could you please add that in the same part?
Additionally, in the rational part in specific aim two, could you please provide greater details on how you plan on evaluating biofilm production and how will you analyze the outcome? ( I think we can use immunoflourecent in our skin model, but could you please find more information about the evaluation of biofilm and the analyzing of the outcome?)
