Assignment 3 Narrowing Your Focus for your Thesis Statement
Revise Assignment # 2, with the intent to narrow your focus. Your focus should be specific and you should take a position. Focus on one or two qualities that were described in assignment #2 that seem to be more significant and that support your position. Cite specific examples and provide two to three graphic illustrations that support your argument. This assignment will be peer reviewed and discussed in class (and subsequently reviewed and evaluated by your faculty) for content, clarity and grammatical correctness.
In addition to the 200-word text, you must include a title for your research paper. This title should concisely describe the intent of the thesis statement.
Please format the heading and title according the example shown on page 117 of your text.
This assignment is the third iteration of your thesis statement so it should express greater clarity and depth than your first two iterations. This iteration will be graded and will be worth 5% of your final grade.
