Basically, this is a part of the business plan I was working on with group. My part is do the budget, cash flow statement, balance sheet, income statement, and the investment recovery period.
This business plan is about doing the kind of housing intermediary between student and landlords. Because especially international student always have house issue and they sometimes afraid to speak there own voice, for example, if the gas not working, they ask landlord, and they may taking few month to fix it. Our business is the bridge between students and landlords, to ensure students are treated fairly.
The background is based on our university, which is the university of Buckingham in UK. The business started on 15/08/15. Because our school have 3 study entrance date, which are September. January, and July. Sep and Jan are the time that most students coming and July is less. So we plan to start our business at August to attract customers before September.
I will upload the work I already did, which is not much for you and you can start work on. I already did the budget on sheet2, and you should finish for entire year followed by, till 15/08/2016. Some of the budgets are pay by month, some of them are fix assets, and some of expenses must thoughtfully (consider the entrance date). The work I did, it is just a draft, and you can finish them or re-do it.
I will upload a PPT, which is exactly what you should do for my work. It is all about the business plan for finance part. And I need figures, numbers, and sheets. Everything the PPT talked.
Of course the numbers of expenses, and the number of customer for each month, you can just made it, but be careful. (As I mentioned, the entrance of the time)
I suggest you looked our university background first. Because we focus on international student, so you may know how many new international students coming every term, as well as the exist students. So you can forecast the numbers
