we will look at digestion aspects of some functional food elements especially those having anticancer properties.
we will need to do a whole lot of characterization, for example, HPLC, GPC, cell lines etc etc.
The idea is to make anticancer functional foods readily available through oral delivery and assess their potential. The reason is, they will be rejected (body does not like them) when delivered through injection etc
