Automating the car dealership experience in the modern world: The title of the company for my project is Condor Automotive Group, a local automobile dealership with three dealerships near the Philadelphia and Delaware region. I would like to incorporate UP technology (scanners that UPS delivery staff use) as a customer relationship management system into the dealerships service department to track status of repair, as a competitive advantage. Customers could log onto the dealer\’s web site to check repair progress. Upon completion, order is updated and an email alert would be sent to the customer and customer service adviser when repair has been completed.\n\instructions:\n\n You have been asked by the executive committee of your company to research a technology that addresses a specific business issue within your company and to write a report on the technology solution for the executive management team, giving the strategic implications of the information technology solution on your business for the next three years.
