Determine the loop-hole between theory and practice.

The whole point of this is to determine the loop-hole between theory and practice. Therefore, for the HR functions, you should find a loop hole in these activities therefore, you should discuss the “Theory/practice/ recommendations” for each of the functions.
All the HR functions should be written under subheadings, e.g. welfare, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal etcetera. You should write and discuss no less than six.
For each of these functions, you need to tell us the tools for each and what the theory suggests.
E.g : What is recruitment and selection?
What does the theory suggests about it?
What is the suggestion on how job analysis should be done?
What is its significance/
What is the importance and the impact of it?
An example
Give any example based on personal experience or based as per any research done on any company that does recruitment and selection or does not do recruitment and selection. If they do, but are not effective in your believe, give a recommendation. And if they don’t, then identify it’s loop hope “what it could cause? In other words, what could be the result of a company that does not undertake recruitment and selection” and propose a solution.
