I would like to know your thoughts on the previous outbreak of Ebola. There were people still able to travel within the country and at least one person that traveled to the US with the disease. The family in TX was to remain in their home but didn’t abide by the order. How would you handle people that won’t stay at home? Would your response be harsher for those inside the US or those trying to get in to the US?
