Racial Discrimination: Interactive effects with caregivers of minor children on alcohol use, abuse and dependence

Research question: Will respondents with high levels of discrimination be more likely to abuse alcohol and to binge drink?
Hypothesis: The relationship between discrimination and heavy drinking, alcohol use, abuse and dependence (AUD) will be moderated by caregiver status, such that respondents with high discrimination who are also caregivers will be more likely to drink heavily or develop AUD than respondents with high discrimination who are not caregivers.
