from book 50 essays choose two different author n synthesis the essay the main arguable point between the two authors you may choose from author Frederick Douglass” Learning to Read and Write” and Malcolm X , ” Learning to Read”
note from the teacher Note that your introduction for the Synthesis Essay can be 1-2 paragraphs and it is up to you to decide how you want to divide the content. This author chose to establish the social issue and provide summary of the texts in the first paragraph. In the second paragraph, we receive the connection between the texts and the writer’s thesis, which serves as a response to the connection and what the writer was able to gain after synthesizing the two texts. Note all that is required for each body paragraph. You must provide an arguable topic sentence and a context for each textual example. Often, each textual example warrants a smaller response. Then, you can transition into more of the “so what?” That usually forms the cohesive analysis. What do both examples show you about the social issue? For the conclusion, you should follow the guidelines for the Analysis Essay
