Please can you do a transcript. I will need to video record myself.
I have attached the handbook, please follow the criteria. At the moment I only want to do the incident video. (See page 6) The video has to be 7 minutes long.
I have to do a 7 minute video talking about two incidents that happened at work.
I want one incident to be positive and the other incident to be negative.

The bullets points below is what my role involves.
• I will be part of the virtual office team
• Answering the phone /photocopying / filling
• Taking orders
• Forwarding the post to the customer address
• When customers come to the office to pick up their post, I am their first point of contact

Some of the problems I might encounter is not understanding a certain task, this will cause me a level of frustration. I plan to ask my manager or colleagues for further clarification even if it means me asking several times. I might have disagreements with my colleagues, I plan to express my opinion by being clear and assertive.

I will go onto the company website and reading about what the organisation does. I will also ask my manager and HR if they have any documents that I could read on this or if they have a chart that shows the structure. I could also ask a colleague that has been working there for many years how the environment usually is in the office and the way things operate.

When I graduate I hope to organise music events. This role will help me develop peoples skills which will be useful in managing conflict positively; working productively with others to find solutions and reach agreement; and work with integrity and ethics.
