The focal point of this course is your participation on a team competing in a business simulation exercise. However, this assignment addresses your experience as a member of a team. In the first class we will address team work (i.e., how can groups become high performance teams; how do the roles of individuals on teams vary; what are your strengths and weaknesses relative to team work; how can teams effectively resolve group conflict). Prepare a five-page (approximately 1500 word) paper addressing your experiences as a member of a team in this course. Use the aforementioned topics as a framework for your paper. 15 POINTS
