Altruism (LAT. Alter is the other) is a moral principle that requires unselfish actions for the benefit and interests of another person (people). Commonly used to refer to the ability to bring their benefits as a sacrifice for the common good.
The term altruism was the opposite of selfishness. The notion of altruism introduced French philosopher and founder of the sociology of Auguste Comte. He characterizes them unselfish human motivation, entailing the deeds for the benefit of other people. According to An altruistic principle reads: “Live for others”.

Those who love, always eager to come to the aid of the beloved. However, the intuitive, unconscious desire to help is not necessarily to refer to the human being whom you have ties of love or friendship. Quite the contrary, altruistic desire to help completely stranger has long been regarded as proof of particularly refined nobility. Such selfless altruistic impulses are quoted in our society is extremely high and even, according to experts, as would carry moral reward for any us troubles.
Experiencing empathy, we draw your attention not so much on our own distress, but rather on the suffering of others.
