A book review should demonstrate the reviewer’s ability to write in a concise, conversational way allowing the reader to experience the book in a comprehensive way from a brief reading. This is the first of two book reviews spanning weeks seven and eight. The features you should include in your review are: A brief discussion of the author’s main points found in each chapter. A personal assessment and evaluation of the strong points and weaker points or shortcomings of the book.
How does this book change the way you think about the topic. Finally, this review should be in APA, including a title page, running and reference page. While you may references certain portions of the book, you will want to limit quotations in order to not let them interfere with the restricted length of the review.
