leadership

Two Reflection Papers (you need to write 2 reflection papers. I think 2 pages for each one is ok, but pls make the full page.)
The reflection papers (up to 750 words each) provide the opportunity to reflect on the course material, its relevance and your personal learning. You may reflect on the concepts and ideas introduced in class, in the readings. Good reflection papers will go beyond pure description, and explore a topic in sufficient conceptual and personal depth – drawing on theory and concepts from class – and relate the topic to one’s personal experience in a deep and meaningful way. Very good reflection papers will examine personal insights, challenge your own assumptions and address the tensions inherent in deep-level learning.
(Find course context as attachment for your reference. It is about our course, which is about leadership)

For these two reflection papers, you may choose any course-relevant topic that has stimulated your interest. Choose topics that draw your interest because it will be easier to engage in meaningful reflection if you are intrinsically motivated to do so.

Questions you may address in your reflection papers include (but are not limited to):
• What are your thoughts, feelings, and observations regarding the topic or concept?
• How does the class material relate to your personal experience?
• How do the concepts or ideas challenge your own beliefs and assumptions?
• What is your take-away from this? What have you learned and how will you apply it?
• Finally and most importantly, ask yourself: ??Why? Why is this relevant? Why did this happen? Why did I behave the way I did? Etc.
??How? How could this have been handled differently? How can I make a difference based on my new insights?

You do not have to answer all questions you pose. Sometimes developing new and interesting questions is equally or more valuable than having all the answers, as questions are a sign of curiosity and a continued desire to learn.
Hence, the purpose of the reflection papers is not to describe or summarize the course readings, discussions, exercises or your personal experiences. The purpose of the reflection papers is to explore and think more deeply about your experiences and insights as part of the learning process.
Most importantly, don’t write your reflection papers for the instructor; write them for yourself. Challenge yourself to think more deeply about issues that interest or puzzle you.
i have some ideas by myself and my working experience in bold letter for your reference. any question, feel free to contact me. 2 articles, each one is 2 pages. pls write the full pages.
