Psychology Research PaperThe written assignment will consist of an evaluation of a research article, and in this research article, it must be:  peer-reviewed, in relation to any chapter according to your syllabus calendar and withinthe years of 2000-2016 for full credit. You will evaluate the type of study, variables in the research article, participants studied, and results retrieved from this research article. You may add your position on the research topic, theory, and/or implications from the study.  Be sure to cite your sources according to APA guidelines, possible punishments for academic dishonesty include a grade of 0 or F on the particular assignment, failure in the course, and/or probation or dismissal from the College System.Introduction: State what your chosen topic is and who the authors of the research article are, along with any additional background information about the research study, theory, and your thesis statement.Body paragraphs: The bulk of your paper will summarize the independent and dependent variables, along with what type of research method was conducted and why, who were the participants, and what were the results from this study. You can go into further detail about the theory used to guide the research study, how the study was successful (or unsuccessful) and any position you may have about the research study.Conclusion: Wrap up your thoughts with a brief summary of your chosen research article, and elaborate on how this research study adds to the body of knowledge on your topic.This is a short 1 – 2 page, double-spaced paper, please do not exceed 4 pages.You will need to write your name on the top, along with date. You will need a reference page after your 1 – 2 pages of content to properly cite your research article in APA format.
