Assignment Question
As the saying goes, if you don’t learn from past mistakes, you are doomed to repeat them. Going over what went wrong is arguably more important than what went right. It is important to keep up with the successes and to even improve upon them, but it is absolutely necessary to correct deficits. These course corrections will affect every piece of the disaster cycle.
Instructions: The group will need to meet either, virtually over Zoom or in person if possible to pick up the conversation where they left off. Take inventory of any and all failures that occurred. Take note of when they occurred on the disaster timeline. Submit your findings via Word doc in the assignment.
