a research paper for a master project about how human resources managers deal managing talents within the multigenerational workforce in the banking sector in Lebanon, taking the sample generation the baby boomers and millennials. we need to know if there are any practices that had to change because of the different character, goals, lifestyle, needs, expectations, belonging to the organization, loyalty and compensation plans that motivates each generation and how to make one plan that works for all. the aim of the paper is to show that this multigenerational workforce today enforced changes in the banking sector in lebanon.
