You are an HR manager, and you’re presenting an overview of the law that HR managers must be familiar with to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently, protecting the rights of the employee and employer. You are sharing your presentation with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and are seeking approval to implement your training for a small group of HR interns working at your company.
