2 in 2 out firefighter rule

Project description
Survey a minimum of two fire departments (more than one) by visiting and talking to a sworn firefighter, who may be any rank as long as they are a full time employee. This means that they cannot be an explorer, reserve or an auxiliary. Remember that this is two fire departments not two stations of the same department. Do they follow Two-in/Two-out that is referenced on page 133 in the textbook. Are the local Fire departments truly following this regulation? Are they violating any laws? Provide examples of who is and is not. Justify your comments.

Your paper should have greater depth than the topic received in the book. The paper should include the writers (you) own conclusions and not be merely a book report. This document must not be a simple cut and paste. At least three sources should be used and properly cited with footnotes or scientific citations, and a bibliography should appear at the end of the paper.

Your paper should be 7 to 10 pages in length, but this is not a rigid requirement, and it will be graded only on content

For Reference:
I interviewed San Bernardino County Engineer Estrella, which informed me they do follow the 2 in 2 out format unless a rescue of a victim is required.
Also interviewed paramedic Jeremy out of Downey, CA. They also follow 2 in 2 out format. however sounded unsure in their responses

I uploaded 2 files that my professor gave us to reference for this essay. The osha requirements for current date and an essay done by another student for reference as well. It will be checked by my proff. for plagiarism, just FYI. Thanks again.
