I recently completed a law enforcement mission in Lagos Nigeria. What I observed in the community was a large division between the rich and poor. There seemingly was no middle class as we would define middle class. Crime among the poor was very high as far a street crime and delinquency. Looking at our country do you think that poverty causes delinquency and it seems that the middle class is eroding, if so do you believe that an increase of delinquency is inevitable in this country?
