,Where i work cyberloafing is being use horribly used, people are always texting, shopping or mainly playing games on their phones or work computer. It is done so often; I wish I was the boss and could take care of the problem. there is always something to do if you have nothing to do, heck even picking up a broom once in a while wouldn\’t hurt. They could always ask someone if they need help on what they are working on, the company is losing a great deal of money paying them by the hour while they play on their phones. Unfortunately they are using their own phones, so there is no way to track what they are doing with them. But the office people were made to take their lunches outside the office and not at their desks and only allowed to get online to do their jobs. amazing enough, when you walk into the office there is no one on Facebook or shopping
