The Guanxi and local market policy openness to foreigners Effect on turnover intention, Job Satisfaction Evidence of Saudi Arabia Privet sector.

My research model is dividing to three sub model
The variables of my study are:
I use as Independent variables (The local Policy Openness to foreigners and Local workers Guanxi)
I use as mediators variables (job security)
I use as a moderators (Education Employability, Organization Justice and Individual Performance)
I use as dependent variables: turnover intention and job satisfaction)
I am having difficulties to find the right and reliable scales so if you can find the variables scales to design my survey I will be thankful
