What to write:
The office of ISSS at UMD is offering too little services to help their international students adjust to the American culture. Write a recommendation report on how adjustment issues of international students can have a bad influence on the international students’ lives in UMD. Such adjustment issues include homesickness, cultural differences, language constraints, change in diet, discrimination, financial problem, etc. And finally suggest to the ISSS officers what potentially good services can be offered to resolve the adjustment problems. It will be a good idea to provide what other universities do for their international students’ adjustment, that UMD is not doing.
