b) “A problem with ESI (early supplier involvement) is that you cannot trust them with highly sensitive product information. It will, inevitably, leak to your competitors”. Consider this statement.
c) Describe an appropriate process that an organisation can use to ensure that its supply base is contributes to the company’s strategic objectives and purchasing goals.
