This academic assignment is an opportunity to analyze on a deeper level the underlying theories supporting some of the key elements of the module such as leadership, team dynamics and strategic level decision-making.
The successful assessment will effectively evaluate your own experiences and observations of the Field Trip using a range of proven theories and models. You will be expected to succinctly describe your observed phenomena, and develop a reasoned argument using a variety of sources that will help explain when and why the model was effective, or where it was not effective, why this was the case.
