I have to do a 4000words of research proposal in an area of research relating to my clinical practice within an identified subject area.
My Research title is:
A randomized controlled trial on the efficacy of Gentamycin cream Local Application compared to Mupirocin Cream in reducing Peritoneal Dialysis Catheter Related infections.
The essay should include all the subtitles which will be uploaded later.
My sample size will be 34 peritoneal dialysis (PD) patients.
the creams will be given to patients randomly by using opaque envelope method. then cultures for the exit site will be taken for all the patients every 3months (during PD clinic review).my settings will be renal ward, in a public acute care hospital and my research team members will be my fellow colleagues and doctors.
