Preview Survey: Practical 2: Acculturation attitudes

Description This is an electronic survey relating to your second practical. Your reports will use the data collected in this survey. The data analysis will involve correlating three variables, after preparing the data in the way you know from your workshop exercises.
Acculturation attitudes (e.g. Berry, 1997) are attitudes about how cultural groups should best adapt in an intercultural setting. There are no right or wrong answers. Everyone has their own opinion.
This survey is anonymous. Psychology staff will be able to tell who has completed the survey and who has not, but responses cannot be matched to individuals. The data file for your report will only include gender as demographic information. Please answer all questions honestly.
You are under no obligation to take part in the survey. If you do not want to contribute any data, please just look at the questions (without answering them), to help you with your report.
A debrief with further information about the hypotheses of the study and the measures used in it will appear on Blackboard when the data collection phase is completed and the survey closed. This will be at 15:00 on Thursday 29 January 2015, or shortly afterwards.
Questions and comments should be addressed to Dr Dennis Nigbur in the School of Psychology, Politics and Sociology.
Instructions All of the following items are simple multiple-choice questions. Please read each question carefully and select the one response that best describes you.
If you do not wish to take part in the survey, please read the questions but do not select any answers.
