Hello, This is a team project and am responsible to do part #2. I will upload several documents:

1) The instructions from the teacher

2) The power point slides with the concepts needed to answer the question “Goals and goal setting approaches”

3)Since question #2 depends on the answer in question #1, I will upload the answers that my group posted, so you can refer to the answer to question 1.

in the question #2, by “elements”, the teacher means “SMART” (please refer to the slides to know what I mean), whether the goal is specific, measurable, attainable…”

This should not take a page, just make sure you answer all parts in the question. This is copied from the rubric provided by the prof:

35 points- Question 2 (Accurately defines course concepts. Makes a logical connection between their reward system and goal setting. Accurately describes and utilize goal setting approaches to compare the elements to their system effectively. Gives clear examples)

I might upload a picture from the textbook about the goal setting section.

Please make sure your answer is not very long but sufficient at the same time. Follow the rubric and the guidelines and make sure you link it to the reward system designed in Q#1.

Also, I won’t have time to send it back for revision so please make sure its done according to the slides, book and guidelines.
