3. Quantify Airborne’s sources of advantage. Specifically provide a detailed answer that calculates the company’s cost position relative to its rivals along with the willingness to pay by customers for the company’s products relative to that of its competitors. One way to address this is to compare the costs of an overnight letter shipped by Airborne Express to one shipped by Federal Express.
