What can we gain from studying the historical/cultural context of the writing in terms of the text as a whole?
How do the pieces use various literary elements to present the overall theme/message.
The essay should be 2-3 pages in length (not including the works cited page), use accurate MLA format, Standard American English, and provide textual evidence as needed.
