Analyze the recent shootings of black males by white police officers. Assess policies that are currently in place to reduce tension between police officers and the minority groups that they serve. What additional policies can be developed to ameliorate the relationship between races? Each student must submit a 2-page, single-spaced, detailed outline of his/her paper. The outline should include your thesis, your overall opinion on the issue, the various headings of your paper, as well as bullet points indicating the key points/cases that will be discussed under each heading.
