Discussion format –

Many creative ads air on television or other media only once or a few times. They then show up on YouTube and a viral pass-along of the ad exposes millions to the ad, beyond anything accomplished in the original airing, and without additional media space purchases.

In this Discussion, you are to visit YouTube, cyberspace\’s favorite video site, and find a product advertisement posted there that you feel epitomizes some of the concepts of advertising we\’ve been studying – especially with regard to creative executions. Provide a hyperlink to the specific ad on YouTube (done by cut-and-paste of the specific url into the Discussion, then hit enter to create the blue line) so that your classmates can view the ad. Also, provide a caption describing the ad and the creative execution concepts being used in the ad.
