Review the current performance appraisal process the company is using. How often are employees evaluated? Is one appraisal form used for all employees, or different ones for different job categories? Is their form up to date? Does it accurately describe and assess employee work tasks and desired employee performance? Does is include sections for goal planning and/or performance improvement plans? Describe any recommendations you have to make their performance appraisal process more effective.
