Some examples are the low-carb diets, like Atkins, the Paleo diet, the Alkaline diet, the South Beach Diet, Slim Fast, Weight Watchers, and the list goes on. Other people follow eating philosophies such as veganism, pescatarianism, vegetarianism, or just restrict certain foods like wheat (gluten), sugar and cow\’s milk products. There are many choices and each one follows different criteria. Discuss three different philosophies or diets. Choose one of these three and prove why it is the best one for weight loss and overall health. Give a detailed explanation of all three different choices, ultimately defending why you think your choice is the best. Use examples and supporting evidence from reliable sources ( health and science experts, nutritionists, etc.), to define all terms, explain differences and defend your arguments.
