You will use The Cola Wars Continue Harvard Business Case to write your response.
Based on the case Cola Wars Continue: Coke and Pepsi in 2010, use game theory approach/analysis to explain the competitive behavior of Coke and Pepsi making specific references to actions taken by each firm and the different battlefields. What conclusions can you draw about the competitive strategies pursued by both companies? At the time the Case was written was there a winner? Should both companies have acted differently?

Explain the competitive behavior. Identify the battle fields. Not as of today but as of the time of the write up.
What conclusions can you draw up . What strategies were they pursuing. Was there a pattern to that?

2) What conclusions can you draw about the competitive strategies
At the time of the case write up were there a clear winner.
Avoid description. Go right to the grain.
Would you say they should have acted differently. Why and why not be specific.
