Review the remainder of the Fey Rivin book, and review the module #2 power points.

Review the remainder of the Fey Rivin book, and review the module #2 power points. Again, use the power points to help you gain clarity on the list of 40 principles. Go to the www.triz40.com website and experiment selecting a feature you want to improve and a feature you do not want to worsen (use the Interactive TRIZ Contradiction Matrix on the right side of the main page). Write a ten to fifteen page paper, select two different problems from your own experiences. Describe both problems, the improving principle and the principle that you do not want to worsen. Identify what the contradiction matrix identified as suggested principles, and describe each of the principles and if you think they helped guide you to a good possible answer to resolving the contradiction. What could that solution look like? Have fun with this and think outside the box!

(Exclusive of those explanations in brackets). Every paragraph must have a clear topic sentence, which should be neither too general nor too specific. Underline every topic sentence. Make the logic straight forward, What I mean is that the whole report only need to discuss the bad effect of declining traditional culture and solutions to prevent the declining, it is not necessary to conclude the both sides of the effects of traditional culture, just as simple as ‘declining good traditional culture is bad and tragic, what can be done to solve it for protecting the diversity of human’s cultural heritage ‘. As for the fourth question of the report, could you please pay attention on the word ‘proposed’, namely all the solutions mentioned in this section should be in future tense, not what have been done. Researching is a quite important evaluating indicator of the report. Please make sure there will be at least 10 sources. Thanks~!

How are you going to measure the variables? What is the measurement process and plan? What documents can you use? Do you need to develop any data collection forms? Who is going to do the measuring? How often will you collect the data? Provide samples of data collection forms and documents. Do a pilot data collection and explain how this was done, when, by whom. Show the sample data. Show the sample analysis that was done on the data Explain the results and the baseline performance measure, mean and sigma. Calculate the current six sigma limits. One thing that would be very helpful is a detailed process flow chart. You have provided a high level process chart, but the devil is in the details. One thing that is really unclear is that it seems that somebody has to travel somewhere, and that sometimes there is an agent and sometimes not. This is part of the process and needs to be explained and documented. I think the best time to do this detailed process chart and description would be in this phase, the Measurement Phase because you are going to specify collecting data for different activities in the process and these activities need to be understood in the context of the detailed process. So please provide this detailed process flow chart
