This is an analysis paper therefore these are the questions needed to be answered while comparing/contrasting/analyzing the two films:
1) What are the main thematic lines of the films?
2) How does the filmmaker use narrative, structure, genre, character, and elements of film language to develop these themes?
3) Are the themes overtly or tacitly political? Do they point to problems? Do the films indicate these to be political ones with political solutions? What roles do power relationships such as gender, race, and social class play in the film’s themes?
4) Considering all the above issues, compare the ideological messages of the films, and the overall quantity of film making in displaying these messages.
