- Assess the advantages and challenges of opening a facility in the selected country.

- Prepare a comprehensive case analysis that identifies significant cultural beliefs, values and norms for a selected country; compares and contrasts the selected country and the United States based on Hofstede’s four cultural dimensions; and assesses the advantages and challenges of opening a facility in the selected country

- Accurately compare and contrast cultural differences demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the implications of these differences
- Integrate and synthesize data from multiple sources
- Demonstrate empathy and a worldview
- Have an attitude that is open to differing perspectives, values, beliefs and norms
- Use 3 or more scholarly references plus the Hofstede Center website in a paper that uses correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, and adheres to APA standard
