Create new synergies (and other buzzwords) and they encourage multiple doctors to cases where the patient hasn’t been diagnosed in over 30 days.

this is the case and I’ll attach the Lecture 18/19 to use it to do this assignment:

You have a system that tracks doctors and patients (similar to our nurse system before). When designing the system, you ask for all the requirements and stuff. You ask an important question:

Will more than 1 doctor ever be assigned to a patient?

The answer: Yes. We have co-doctors for a very small amount of cases. But there will never be more than 2 doctors assigned to a case.

The systems get built and the columns look like:

Patient Name Doctor ID Co_Doctor ID

The system works great for a long time (years). Then the government says they want to create new synergies (and other buzzwords) and they encourage multiple doctors to cases where the patient hasn’t been diagnosed in over 30 days.
Patient A comes in with a headache and an irregular heartbeat. This patient also already has their GP who they have worked with.

Now you have 3 doctors but your system only supports 2. What do you do?
